What is included in post-renovation cleaning?

The cleaner will remove the remains of finishing materials from various surfaces: floors, walls, radiators, windowsills. We use professional chemicals for cleaning after repairs, as well as a special tool that does not damage furniture. The size of the stains is no more than 2 cm in diameter, the rest is subject to agreement with the operator.

The cleaner will carefully remove dust from wall sconces and floor lamps, taking into account the material of the lampshades. We will not wipe the delicate satin with a wet cloth or scratch the stylish stainless steel loft lamp.

The cleaner will remove dust from all surfaces with a powerful industrial vacuum cleaner and will also perform a thorough wet cleaning. For deeper cleaning of hard-to-reach and particularly dirty areas, we suggest using a steam generator – inform the operator of your desire to order an additional option.

The cleaner will move a light chair or an empty rattan shelf and wash the floors under the interior items. Our employees do not move sofas, beds or pianos. If you need cleaning with moving furniture, please take care of strong hands in advance. Or inform our operator about this need.

The cleaner will wipe all radiators and heating pipes in the apartment with a damp cloth. He will try to reach the most inaccessible places of the battery.

The cleaner will remove dust from all large interior items: chest of drawers, desk, TV, piano. It will vacuum upholstered furniture with a special attachment if it is safe for the upholstery.

The cleaner will wash all the mirrors in the room, including the mirrored fronts of the cabinets at arm's length. Will wash the glass surfaces of the dressing tables and TV stands. Will wipe the glass shelves free of things.

The cleaner will collect things by room. Put them in a neat pile and leave them on the bed or chair. If you need to sort things by color or hang clothes in the closet, let our operator know when placing your order.

The cleaner will collect the garbage in the room, put it in bags and take it to the garbage chute. (There are volume restrictions). If you sort the waste, inform the operator about it before cleaning. In this case, the employee will prepare bags with sorted garbage for further disposal. Will put new garbage bags in the baskets.

The cleaner will clean the upholstered furniture using a vacuum cleaner with a special attachment. Wipe the surfaces of cabinets and pedestals with a damp cloth several times. Dust off small interior items.

The cleaner will carefully remove adhesive tape and masking tape from glass and mirror surfaces, as well as furniture fronts. We use special detergents and scrapers that do not damage surfaces and do not leave marks or scratches.

The cleaner will carefully and without damage remove the protective film from furniture and interior items. Remove covers from sofas and armchairs. Put the protective material in a separate pile, and if agreed with the customer, throw it away.
